The charming Bupa Rangeville is a modern care home nestled in the quiet suburb of Rangeville, Toowoomba with peaceful views over Garnett Lehmann Park. We offer a dedicated team for each of our four communities, including two communities for people living with dementia. It consists of 108 beds, with various care units such as dementia, respite, and palliative. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

About the Role

Use your fantastic catering skills in a role where you really can make a difference.

Provide our residents with an empathetic and personal approach.

Duties

- Assist with basic food prep

- Provide meals and snacks

- Clear dining areas and dishwashing

- Maintain legislated food hygiene and safety practices

- Ad hoc support to the broader team as required, including laundry and cleaning

- Skills and Experience

- Cert III Hospitality highly regarded

- Aged care experience highly regarded but not essential

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes

- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
