Now, we’re looking for a passionate and performance-driven Store Leader to lead our Hyperdome team and bring that mission to life. As the Store Leader, you'll lead the way in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving team development, and overseeing all visual merchandising and operational functions to achieve store targets and exceed KPIs. Day in the Life - Drive business performance by leading your team to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service and strategic sales execution. - Coach and develop your team by identifying skill gaps, providing ongoing training, and fostering a culture of growth and succession planning. You’ll play a key role in developing future leaders and retaining top talent. - Lead operational excellence by managing stock sell‑through, executing visual merchandising strategies, and ensuring compliance across payroll, rostering, and store procedures. - Build smart, commercial rosters that align with wage benchmarks and ensure the most productive team members are on the floor during peak trading hours. - Champion the Lorna Jane brand by connecting your team to our philosophy and values, engaging with the local community, and driving customer attraction. - We think customer: You’re passionate about creating an exceptional in‑store experience. - We challenge the status quo; You challenge the norm, showcasing the Lorna Jane experience through standout visual merchandising. - We are hungry for success and never give up on achieving our goals: You actively seek opportunities to improve people, profitability, and processes. - We believe in each other: You coach and mentor your team to unlock performance potential across all areas. - We are accountable and we take personal responsibility for our results and growth: You take ownership of results, driving KPIs through smart rostering and stock management.
