We are seeking a skilled and compassionate MRI Radiographer to join our dedicated healthcare team at The AMEX Stadium in Brighton East Sussex. This is an amazing opportunity for newly qualified radiographers to gain experience in a private healthcare setting. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct various MRI radiographic examinations.
Collaborate with radiologists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain detailed patient records and documentation.

Main duties of the job
Undertaking a wide variety MRI, CT and Xrays,
Preparing patients for imaging procedures, explains the procedure and ensures that the patient is comfortable and properly positioned.
Ensuring all referrals are justified and provide advice on protocols, if required.
Ensuring consistently high-quality images are produced.
Assessing images for quality and clinical significant and escalating urgent findings as necessary.
Administering contrast media in line with PGD guidance, SOPs & protocols.
Responsible for own clinical areas with regard to linen change and cleanliness.

Maintains own personal continual professional development and a professional portfolio in line with HCPC & CoR recommendations and requirements.
Carry out responsibilities in relation to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, to have knowledge of supporting policies and safety and to undertake the appropriate level of training for your role.
Person Specification
Qualifications
- BSC in Radiography or equivalent
- HCPC Registered
- Must have 1 year UK experience
- Evidence of CPD
- Flexible approach
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Good organisational skills

- Must have 1 year UK experience
