We’re seeking a welcoming and organised Receptionist to join our centrally located Mackay clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our practice.

Job Description

- Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.

- Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.

- Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.

- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable.

- Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a medical receptionist.

- Previous experience in the dental industry is advantageous.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software is a plus.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
