Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator (4764099)

Location: Punchbowl, Australia | Sector: Hospitality & Catering | Salary: $76,515.00 to $85,000.00 per annum

Assists families in overcoming challenges by providing emotional, practical, and social support. This role supports the work of social workers and welfare professionals.

Task & Responsibilities

- Work closely with individuals and families to offer support and guidance.

- Help people navigate personal, social, or emotional challenges.

- Connect clients with relevant services and resources in the community.

- Offer practical assistance and encouragement during difficult times.

- Maintain records and communicate with other professionals as needed.

- Support wellbeing and promote positive outcomes for families.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma of Community Services

- At least 3 years of relevant experience (may substitute for formal qualifications) as some experience and/or on the job training may be required in addition to qualification

- Experience in a similar role performing similar duties is required in this role

- Professional approach and ability to work under pressure.

- Organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Analytical thinking, initiative, business awareness, tenacity, and strategic thinking.

Salary: $76,515-85,000
