Spotlight Retail Group is undergoing a significant digital transformation, replacing our existing SAP Commerce platform with commercetools. This is a complete re-platforming effort to a modern, headless, and composable commerce architecture.

As the Test Lead, you'll be a critical part of our Program Delivery team. This is a hands-on leadership position without direct line management, focused on coordinating and overseeing all testing activities.

Responsibilities:

- Strategise & Plan: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and methodologies.
- Execute & Oversee: Coordinate all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, Performance, Penetration, and Smoke testing.
- Champion Quality: Be our go-to expert for quality assurance.
- Drive Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance our testing processes and tools.

Requirements:

- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in software testing, with at least 3 years in a Test Lead or similar oversight role.
- Technical Acumen: Proven experience leading QA for complex, high-impact solutions.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps environments.
- Tools: Proficiency with test management tools and defect tracking systems like Jira.
- Non-Functional Testing: Experience coordinating performance, security, and accessibility testing.
- Automation: Experience with test automation frameworks.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
