Responsibilities

4. Coordinate with clients and candidates to schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the hiring process.
5. Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding the status of recruitment efforts.
6. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to effectively advise clients on recruitment strategies.
7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as recruitment consultants and account executives, to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Minimum Requirements
1. Experience in account management or recruitment within the Information Technology and Services industry.
2. Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methodologies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and candidates.
5. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects.
6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
7. A self-motivated and result-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
