Minimum Requirements to Apply:

To be eligible for an MLT role in Ontario, candidates must meet the following:

- A recognized Medical Laboratory Technology qualification
- At least 18 months of relevant post-qualification experience
- Successful completion of the CSMLS certification exam or working towards same.
- Eligibility for registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO)
- Proof of language proficiency in English or French (e.g IELTS, if education was not in English)
- Strong teamwork, technical, and communication skills
