The Role

Due to their continued success and an incredibly exciting future, this prestigious builder/developer is looking to add a new Contract Administrator to the team. Whilst the office is in Central Brisbane, this role will be Site Base in the Redcliffe area so would suit someone who lives on the northside.

There is 175 luxury units to be built across two stages. You will join a group of well established, high achievers in what is a very well-resourced team.

About You

You will have extensive experience working on similar sized medium to high rise luxury apartments.

You will be proficient with JobPac and Procore and have experience managing all downstream activity, including procurement, cost management, assessing claims and variations and compiling monthly progress reports.
