About the Park

Enjoy a true tropical experience in amongst palm trees and lush gardens at BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Townsville Located only 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Townsville CBD, the park’s great location is coupled with a great range of accommodation options, with a choice between cabins, villas, caravan or camping sites.

Key responsibilities:

- Welcome all guests into the waterpark
- Ensure all guests are wearing appropriate wristband
- Ensure all children are supervised by an adult
- Promote an understanding of waterpark rules to guests
- Monitor behaviour of all guests using the waterpark
- Maintain cleanliness of park and facilities

About You

- Friendly, professional, and positive demeanour.
- Willing to undergo and police check and working with children check if successful for the role.
