What role will you play?

As a Deal Lead, you will play a senior, hands‑on role in originating, structuring, and executing complex lending transactions across a diverse client base and real estate asset classes. You will also contribute to the continued growth and success of our Corporate and Institutional division by leading new origination opportunities and fostering strategic relationships.

What you offer

- 10+ years’ experience in real estate finance across a broad range of asset classes

- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think laterally and address both qualitative and quantitative challenges

- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders effectively

- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure

- Expertise in structuring and negotiating complex lending terms, ensuring alignment with internal approvals and market best practices

- Strong relationship management skills, with experience liaising with borrowers, legal advisers, and consultants

- A commitment to fostering a high‑performance, values‑driven team environment and contributing to broader business initiatives
