Truck Team Member - Labourer / Customer Service / Truck Driver
Flexible Hours: 30-50hrs/wk
Pay: $35 - $37 /hr + Additional daily and weekly bonuses after training.
We are seeking friendly team members to join our journey of providing exceptional customer service while operating our blue trucks. You will be matched with another team member each day and travel to different areas in the Gold Coast delivering upfront pricing to remove unwanted items, with a focus on safety, environmental responsibility, and customer satisfaction.
What you will do
- You will follow safety training and wear all required uniform and safety equipment.
- You will remove, load, and sort customers/' items to determine the best outcome while helping reduce waste.
- You will ensure the job order is completed as required, work efficiently with the team to stay on schedule, and create an exceptional customer experience.
- You will estimate removals and provide upfront pricing.
- We pay award rates + super + bonuses.
- Previous experience in a similar role isn/'t required, but a background in customer service is an asset.
About you
You are an energetic, team-oriented person who enjoys a fun environment, meeting many people daily, and performing physical work. You should be optimistic, a good problem solver, and eager to learn in a supportive environment. You will be able to commute to Northgate (4013). We offer flexible schedules for part-time or casual work to fit around studies or other employment. Once you are a certified team member, there are remote starts around the city to reduce morning commutes.
Requirements
Open Car Licence is essential. LR truck licence is a bonus. We have internal and external driving inductions/tests to ensure you have the skill set and mindset to keep yourself, the public, and our vehicles safe on Queensland roads. You must be able to get to Northgate for shifts (train access at the facility).
