About The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Building Solutions Supply Chain Team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, this role is based out of either our Ingleburn Site, NSW or our Dandenong South Site, VIC.
What You’ll Do:
- Make a difference: Provide the analysis, insights and visibility necessary to ensure and forecast supply chain performance, ultimately achieving supply chain metrics and contributing to the Consumer business plan for growth and profitability.
- Innovate and solve problems: Generate a 12-month rolling inventory and SLOBS forecast, completing analysis to understand variances to plan, root causes, and improvement plans.
- Collaborate: Partner with the Supply Chain team to maintain a suite of Supply Chain management reports, Scorecards, and KPIs, highlighting key risks and ensuring clarity of current and future performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide key insights and recommendations derived from the analysis of management reports and KPIs to the Supply Chain Management team, and lead simplification projects using the ITW 80/20 process and tools to drive improved service and/or profitability.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience/Qualification: Tertiary qualification in supply chain management, business, or an analytical discipline is desirable.
- Technical Capability: Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, particularly using Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Pivot, Pronto and a good working knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and forecasting processes.
- Soft Skill: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and a strong business, financial, and commercial acumen.
