About the Role

As part of the General Crew for Moonlight Cinema Perth, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of customer‑facing roles throughout the season, from venue set up and greeting guests to running cocktails, sampling products, and serving up delicious food, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience under the stars at the iconic Kings Park. You must be available to work nights (including on weekends) and be available to work from early December – late March.

Key Responsibilities

- Venue setup and manual handling (including signage, bean beds, screening set up, brand activations)

- Greeting guests and assisting with wayfinding

- Premium Service in Gold Grass

- Food & Beverage Preparation and Service

- Promoting sponsors and their showcased products (e.g. product sampling)

- Venue pack down

Skills & Experience

- Previous customer service experience (essential)

- Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player

- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

- Experience in hospitality, events, or cinema industry

- Valid RSA and Australian work rights (essential)
