General Practice Nurse – Full-Time

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionateGeneral Practice Nurse(orRegistered Nurse with clinic experience) to join our team full-time at ourstate-of-the-art TLC Medical Centre.

About TLC Medical Centres – Noble Park

TLC Medical Centres in Noble Park is a state-of-the-art bulk billing medical centre conveniently located on Frank Street, dedicated to family medicine and specialist care for older residents within the community.

TLC Medical Centres Noble Park offers a comprehensive range of services, including general practitioner consultations, physiotherapy, allied health, and nursing services. Co-located with TLC Aged Care Noble Manor, our medical centre in Noble Park serves the residents of TLC Aged Care Noble Manor and the local community.

What you’ll be doing

- Conduct Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
- Administer immunisations
- Provide wound care and assist with minor procedures
- Manage stock and vaccine ordering

Qualifications & Requirements

- Relevant nursing qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Nurse Immuniser qualification (or willingness to complete training)
- Aged care experience is highly regarded
- Full working rights in Australia
