As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. About Goodstart Bees Creek: We have a 75 place centre located a minute away from local shops in a rural setting with natural bush land and native animals. We are situated in an area with a variety of public and private schools, and we endeavour to create a “family like” atmosphere and a strong link between home and the centre. We implement a responsive program that allows opportunities for each child to play, explore, imagine, experiment, research and investigate in a fun, natural environment. We offer loose part materials including water, sand, dirt, clay, rocks, pebbles and wood to encourage exploration of our natural environment both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

- Craft and enhance learning programs for children in collaboration with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader.
- Ensure safety, inclusivity, and a learning environment where every child thrives and feels valued.
- Support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Qualifications

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current NT Working with Children Check.

Pay and Benefits

- Pay: $32.43 to $36.53 per hour, depending on qualification and experience.
- At least 5% above the award.
