Due to the expansion of our market leading insurance building division we have a vacancy for an experienced Claims Coordinator to join the team.
Overview of the Role
As the first contact to the insured and our insurance division front of house contact, the Claims Coordinator has the important responsibility of quickly coordinating new claims and determining whether the insured's property is safe or requires attendance by a specialist to secure.
Duties include
- Front of house contact directing all inbound calls and emails.
- First point of contact for all claims.
- Create new jobs and commence the new job workflow.
- Coordinate bookings and ensure timeframes are managed effectively.
- Supplier invoices/work items.
- Manage trade inductions.
- Maintain core licencing and insurance requirements.
About You
- Relevant experience in administration.
- Experience in the building and construction industry (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service manner.
- Multitasker with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
