About the Role

This position involves providing industry-leading concierge services to residents of high-end apartment complexes in Sydney. As the face of the building, you will provide a professional welcome to residents and their guests, fostering a strong bond between Excel and its clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 5-star service to all residents and guests, ensuring exceptional front desk services.
  • Assist the Building Manager and Head Concierge with By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing, and other related issues.
  • Monitor visitor movements, service providers, and goods within the building and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain databases, receive and respond to emails, phone calls, and security intercom enquiries.
  • Distribute and secure resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning.
  • Perform internal and external patrols.
  • Complete incident reports as necessary and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure entryways and lifts remain tidy and presentable.
Available Shifts
  • Saturday and Sunday from 11pm to 7am.
