We’re excited to welcome a Trainee Dental Assistant/Receptionist to our friendly and supportive team. This casual role offers comprehensive on-the-job training to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a confident DA/Receptionist.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare and eager to begin their career in an entry-level position within the dental industry.

Job Description

As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you will be trained to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care by:

- Provide chairside assistance, anticipating the needs of dentists and patients, and ensuring a seamless dental experience.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and ensure all equipment is in optimal condition for use.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Manage stock, supplies, and assist with front-desk duties, including bookings and patient enquiries.

Qualifications

As our successful applicant, you will demonstrate:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with patients.
- Strong time management and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
