For 18 years, Burger Urge has been serving up juicy, bold, unforgettable burgers that make tastebuds dance. We do burgers the way they should be – using premium local ingredients and recipes that are equal parts classic and cutting-edge.

We’re not your average burger joint, and we don’t want your average manager. We’re looking for a hands-on, people-loving, hustle-hard Venue Manager to take charge of our Windsor crew. Forget the clipboard type – we want someone who leads from the front, thrives in the buzz of service, and builds a team that’s all about good vibes and next-level hospitality.

The Role

As Venue Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of Windsor. You’ll:

- Run the day-to-day (rosters, stock, service, all the fun stuff)
- Build, train & inspire your crew to be rockstars at every shift
- Keep the venue looking slick and operating smooth
- Create an epic guest experience every single time
- Drive sales & smash targets with smart, creative strategies
- Bring positivity, energy, and problem-solving power every day

- 3+ years in hospitality/restaurant management
- A natural leader who motivates & inspires their crew
- Killer communication & people skills
- Energy, hustle, and a hands-on, “let’s do this” attitude
