Power Systems Solution Architect

Location: Melbourne or Brisbane

The Role

As a Solution Architect, you’ll partner with our sales team and opportunity leaders to secure strategic projects. Your expertise will influence customer specifications, optimize solutions, and ensure Schneider Electric delivers winning proposals.

What you’ll do:

- Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, consultants, and key stakeholders

- Provide early-stage consultation to shape customer requirements and develop tailored solutions

- Collaborate across internal teams and partners to deliver innovative, competitive proposals

- Support tender submissions with technical and commercial accuracy—from system integration concepts to detailed architectures

- Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions and maximize success rates

- Stay connected with global experts to ensure customers receive cutting-edge solutions

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical preferred); Postgraduate business qualification desirable

- Minimum 5 years in design, project tendering, and execution within electrical distribution systems

- Stakeholder management, negotiation, bid coordination, and leadership

- Interstate and international travel may be required
