Role Description
ToniMay is a bohemian inspired Australia jewellery label based in Sydney. We create jewels to be loved and lived in, embodying the spirit of wanderlust and a life well-travelled.
We are looking for a motivated, organised and attentive retail inventory assistant to join our team of casual employees, assisting our eCommerce team with the pick and packing of our online orders and inventory management.
We are after an individual who embodies the ToniMay Brand, has an enthusiastic and energetic outlook, is focused and self motivated and has exceptional attention to detail.
This is a casual seasonal role across our busiest period of the year (November/December) in our Paddington Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing online orders
- Assisting with quality control and inventory checks
- Working with our eCommerce manager on the timely and accurate fulfilment and dispatch of all online orders
Key Skills
- You have a positive, energetic and enthusiastic personality
- You have a high attention to detail
- You have a proactive approach to problem solving
- You are available at least 3 – 4 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- You are focused and self motivated
- You have full Australian working rights
- You have no leave booked November/December
- You have experience with Shopify (preferable)
