Your new role

We have a Permanent Part-Time Care Coordinator position available in our HomeCare team in Casino.

Responsibilities include delivering services to meet client needs, developing and managing care plans, drafting budgets, monitoring financial transactions, actioning changes in care, and working with staff to deliver exceptional services. Experience with home care packaging (HCP), CHSP, DVA, case management, assessment, care planning and service coordination is preferred. Current CPR certificate, budget management, and the ability to liaise with external providers are valued. A valid driver’s license with own insured vehicle and proof of Covid-19 vaccination are required. Salary packaging benefits and other standard not-for-profit benefits apply. About the role: You will help people stay safe and comfortable at home by assisting with personal care, providing respite, helping clients stay active, following care plans and working as part of a team. Must-have: caring nature, good communication, ability to work independently, valid driver’s licence, access to a reliable insured car, Police Check/NDIS check or willingness to obtain one.
