We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Engagement Manager - ANZ.

This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented professional to align with ANZ teams as part of our regional client focus. Responsibilities include supporting new opportunities and key client relationships (including CXO-level stakeholders), ensuring successful delivery, and collaborating with global teams. The candidate should have a strong business engagement mindset, basic understanding of technology products and services, and a proactive attitude to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Support and pursue new leads and opportunities aligned with regional strategy.
2. Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and value propositions for prospective clients.
3. Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams on regional strategies.
4. Engage internal Genpact teams and service lines to develop solutions.
5. Act as a key contact for senior stakeholders, including CXOs.
6. Build long-term relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify expansion opportunities.
7. Understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions aligned with Genpact's strategy.
8. Work with delivery teams to meet client commitments.
9. Manage project milestones, resources, and communications.
10. Address risks proactively and escalate issues as needed.
11. Partner with cross-functional teams across geographies.
12. Provide regional insights to shape solutions and represent the region in forums.
13. Maintain knowledge of Data, Tech, and AI offerings relevant to regional needs.
14. Stay updated on market dynamics and competitors.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in client management, consulting, or delivery roles in tech or services firms.
- Experience managing executive relationships and closing medium-to-large deals, preferably in FMCG/Retail/Hitech industries.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, solution selling, and account growth.
- Experience creating proposals and delivering presentations with storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-cultural and remote teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or master's in Business or Strategy.
- Exposure to digital transformation and technology platforms.
- Experience in consulting or digital services.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for growth and innovation.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and cultural sensitivity.
