Marketing & Communications Coordinator – Perth (Head Office)

We’re seeking a full-time Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our Kewdale-based team.

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and strategic messaging across a range of platforms. From coordinating campaigns and managing social media to producing compelling content and supporting internal communications — you’ll help shape how our brand connects with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and distribute engaging, brand-infused content for the web, email, press, newsletter and social media.
- Contribute to brand development, ensuring messaging is clear, aligned, and engaging across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Maintain the marketing calendar, keeping projects on track and ensuring timely delivery of content and campaigns
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and execution.
- Develop visual assets and branded materials and/or collaborate with external creative teams where necessary.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights and provide regular reports and recommendations.
- Assist with public relations and communications initiatives such as employee newsletter, announcements, and media outreach.
- Support marketing events, trade shows, or conferences with promotion and materials.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity, bringing fresh ideas and best practices to the team.

Qualifications / Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Highly creative with attention to detail.
- Experience with social media platform management and basic knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems like WordPress.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a variety of projects.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
