Employment Type: Full time, 38 hours per week

Contract: Fixed term until June 2026

Room: Toddler

Pay: $38.20 - $39.35 per hour, based on experience + NT Allowance of $1.69 per hour.

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Darwin Airport:

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Darwin Airportis located in a convenient and easy-to-find pocket of the city area, close to a major shopping complex, amenities and community services.

The position is based in our Toddler Room

You’ll need:

- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current NT Working with Children Check
