Dove Camper Conversions is a family-run business in Western Australia with over 55 years of history building high-quality motorhomes and camper conversions. With strong demand and exciting new projects, we are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker with drafting and design skills to join our team in Welshpool in a leadership role.

This is a management-level position, overseeing both design and production. You/'ll play a key role in driving the full process - from concept and technical design to overseeing build and installation - ensuring every job is delivered to our exacting standards.

Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee cabinetry design and production
- Prepare accurate technical drawings and plans for builds
- Manage workflow, timelines, and team coordination
- Maintain high-quality standards in design, fit-out, and finish
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and outcomes

Skills and Qualities

- Trade-qualified Cabinet Maker with proven industry experience
- Strong drafting/design skills - Pytha 3D experience highly regarded
- Confident leadership and team management ability
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship
