Your key responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain rosters to ensure smooth workflow and adequate staffing

- Delegate roles and responsibilities to team members effectively

- Manage catalogue promotions, planograms, and merchandising displays

- Support team morale and ensure outstanding customer care at all times

- Maintain a high standard of organisation, accuracy, and compliance
