Salary: $40.07 - $55.45 per hour | 37.5 hours per week

Bachelor Qualified Early Childhood Teacher

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Engaging Play-Based Learning: design and implement a dynamic play-based program that uses children’s interests to promote exploration and learning.
- Creative Program Delivery: deliver programs that captivate young learners and inspire curiosity with passion and creativity.
- Experience and Expertise: apply experience with 3- to 5-year-olds to develop and implement effective programs.
- Quick Learner & Strong Communicator: adapt to new methodologies and communicate effectively with children and families.
- Team Player and Leader: collaborate within a team and foster an environment of creativity, teamwork, and growth.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: respond to evolving needs to maintain a dynamic learning environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood
- Current Blue Card
- Demonstrated experience in program development for early childhood education
- Ability to lead and work within a positive team environment
- Flexibility, energy, enthusiasm, and a mature approach
