In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of a cutting-edge approach to allied health services, helping to shape the future of care. With our award-winning Plena Care Pathway (2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence), you/'ll have the freedom to craft therapy programs that are built around resident goals and priorities. This pathway is designed to empower our therapists, offering tailored, evidence-based mobility programs, care plan reviews, one-on-one therapy interventions, and engaging group-based active aging services.
What You/'ll Be Doing:
- Conducting thorough assessments and offer clinical recommendations to enhance daily living, mobility, transfers, and falls prevention.
- Supporting skin care, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
- Providing flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our residents and care facilities, always staying within the scope of your expertise.

What We/'re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Willingness to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
