Supervise and support safe family contact for young people in care. Based in Broken Hill with travel to carer homes and community locations as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Transport and supervise family contact visits

- Write clear, detailed reports after each visit

- Support care plans with Case Managers

- Identify and report child protection concerns

- Manage visits when not in the child’s best interest

What You’ll Bring

- Diploma in Community Services (or related field) preferred but not required

- Understanding of mandatory reporting and experience in OOHC (or similar)

- Valid Driver’s Licence, WWCC, First Aid & NDIS clearance

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Able to manage conflict and work with diverse families

- Understanding of child safety and car restraint laws

- Must be available for a range of shifts
