The Role

This large QLD State Government Department are seeking a Business Support Officer to join their Housing team for an initial 3-month temporary contract Your duties will include:

This Role is in the Housing team supporting the Ipswich regional office. Your duties will include;

- Work Order Creation and Work Order Management
- Data entry including collation, and interpretation of information in Microsoft Excel.
- Shared inbox management
- Liaison with operational staff and supervisors.
- Updating records and information systems
- Compile documents and reports

You

The successful candidates will have strong administration skills and work order experience. You will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with recurring tasks
- Strong time management skills
- Finance administration experience highly desirable
