Store Manager - Broadmeadows | Melbourne

Join a streetwear Australian brand known for its progressive Y2K looks and effortlessly comfortable apparel. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to oversee and lead a dynamic team based out of Broadmeadows.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture across your stores. This brand is a streetwear-inspired retailer offering the latest trends in casual fashion. Known for its youthful vibe, it brings together popular labels and bold styles that reflect urban culture and self-expression.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading, coaching, and developing your store teams to reach their full potential.

- Driving sales performance and ensuring achievement of store KPIs.

- Overseeing store operations including rosters, expense control, and shrinkage management.

- Maintaining strong stock control processes to ensure accurate stocktakes, transfers, and merchandising standards.

- Ensuring stores deliver an exceptional customer experience, every time.

- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.

- Building strong relationships with Centre Management and representing the brand with professionalism.

- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and OHS standards.

What we’re looking for

- Proven leadership experience in multi-site or large-format retail management.

- Strong people leadership and coaching ability with a focus on developing talent.

- Commercially minded with the ability to drive results through effective sales and operational management.

- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.

- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

- Availability Tuesday–Saturday, with flexibility when required.
