In this role, you'll champion technical excellence, shape innovative outcomes, and lead teams to success.**What You’ll Do*** **Engage with Stakeholders:** Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand needs and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.* **Design & Deliver:** Architect and implement solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.* **Lead Projects:** Oversee technical delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely completion.* **Mentor & Guide:** Provide technical support and coaching to consultants and engineers.* **Champion Agile:** Lead scrum ceremonies, own user stories, and drive continuous improvement.* **Foster Team Culture:** Build a positive, inclusive environment aligned with Versent’s values.**What You’ll Bring*** **Experience:** Minimum 10 years in IT, with strong expertise in Power Platform.* **Skills:** Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
