We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) who has:

- an understanding of the National Quality Standard related to Educational Program and Practice

About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will develop and implement kindergarten programs within a long day care setting. You will collaborate with the leadership team to plan a diverse educational program, including community excursions and in-house activities. Sparrow Early Learning Centre West Leederville features purpose-built indoor and outdoor spaces designed to inspire a love of nature. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, our educators deliver a holistic, play-based curriculum emphasizing natural elements and outdoor learning. We celebrate each child's uniqueness and tailor programs to meet their individual needs and interests. Located in West Leederville, our centre is surrounded by cafes, close to the train station, with easy freeway access and free underground parking.

Qualifications and Experience Needed:

- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and TRBWA Registration
- Experience teaching in a long-hour childcare centre
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Experience working with children of diverse abilities and interests
