I'm seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales growth within the Utilities sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level with progression plans to Country Manager.

Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing portfolio across Utilities & EPC's in Australia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Utilities sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Profile

A successful Sales Manager should have:

- Proven experience in sales within the Utilities & Energy sector.
- A strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field are highly regarded.
- Technical understanding of Transformers and HV Utilities.
