About the Role

About the role: The Senior Forensic Scientist in Charge manages the professional, administrative and technical services of the Reporting section within the Department of Forensic Biology. This role is responsible for the adequate provision of quality services to internal and external clients as well as managing the financial, human and physical resources of this section. You will also be responsible for strategic development and implementation of new processes and procedures, and provide a key point for expert and specialist consultancy and education in specialised forensic biology techniques required by state-wide clients.
