Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, natural-born problem solvers with a great attitude to join our team of hygiene technicians on a full-time, permanent basis, based out of our Port Melbourne depot servicing Richmond, Cremorne, Hawthorn and other surrounding areas.
As a Hygiene Service Technician, you will be responsible for washroom hygiene services including the provision and maintenance of products and cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver washroom hygiene services and maintenance of products and cleaning services.
- Manage client relationships with excellent customer service skills.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing.
- Work autonomously, drive long distances, and operate within safety parameters for clients and Initial.
- Maintain high standards with high attention to detail to achieve set targets.
- Use mobile phone service apps/tablets for work-related tasks.

What we need from you
- Current and valid Australian driver's license
- Eligible to work full-time in Australia
- Cleaning or related industry experience
- Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
- Physically fit with the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
- High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
- Ability to operate within both client and Initial safety parameters
- Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
