Selection Criteria - Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

- Demonstrate a commitment to the Catholic Ethos, principles of Catholic teaching, and living the school's vision and values.

- Commit to teaching in alignment with the MACS Vision for Instruction.

- Embrace and implement an explicit instruction approach, drawing on evidence-based teaching and learning programs.

- Build strong interpersonal relationships and contribute positively within a collaborative team environment.

- Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom that supports both academic growth and social‑emotional wellbeing.

- Deliver differentiated instruction that is evidence‑based and responsive to the diverse learning needs of all students.

- Uphold an unwavering commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children.

- Demonstrate knowledge in the design, development, monitoring, implementation and reporting of the Victorian Curriculum.

- Have experience analysing a range of student data to target individual needs and planning for differentiated learning.

- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.

Special Requirements:

- Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School or a demonstrated commitment to obtain accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School.

- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching registration (including provisional).

- Applicants of all experience levels are welcome to apply.
