The Opportunity

A rare and influential opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Head of Product to lead the design, development, and governance of an evolving suite of investment products. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and delivery, this role partners closely with Investment, Distribution, and Executive teams to shape the organisation/'s product roadmap across domestic and international markets.

This is a career-defining role for a commercially minded leader who thrives on driving strategy, influencing stakeholders, and delivering best-in-class outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

- Define and execute the global product strategy across multiple investment markets.

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation and feasibility through to launch and governance.

- Oversee product frameworks, compliance, and regulatory obligations across jurisdictions.

- Mentor and empower a high-performing team focused on innovation and collaboration.

- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure product initiatives deliver commercial and client value.

Ideal Experience

- Deep expertise in product management or strategy within investment or financial services.

- Proven ability to lead teams and influence outcomes across complex organisations.

- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (ASIC, APRA, international equivalents).

- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and exceptional communication skills.
