Customer Service Officer - Join a Sustainable, Award-Winning Company

We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join a fantastic Australian-owned company, renowned for producing high-quality packaging solutions for over 60 years. With award-winning design, manufacturing excellence, and a commitment to the environment, this company truly understands the market-and their customers.

The job:

- Accurately process sales orders in the system and verify invoices.

- Liaise with customers, internal teams, and production staff to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

- Coordinate transport, deliveries, and third-party warehouse partners.

- Support the sales team and provide exceptional service to a blue-chip client base.

- Attend planning meetings, generate reports, and assist with general administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.

- High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a bonus.

- Experience in packaging or manufacturing is advantageous-but not essential
