What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead & Motivate – Support the Restaurant Manager to inspire, coach, and empower a high-performing team.

- Operational Excellence – Ensure smooth and efficient shift operations across all areas of the restaurant.

- Guest Experience – Deliver consistently high standards, creating memorable experiences for every guest.

- Performance Focused – Achieve operational and financial targets while fostering team success.
