The Role

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Regularly clean communal facilities, including public ablutions, ensuring high hygiene standards and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Assist with linen upkeep and replenish cleaning supplies.
- Assist with guest accommodation cleaning as required.
- Interact with guests professionally, addressing cleanliness-related enquiries.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure consistent cleanliness and service.

What we're looking for

A housekeeper dedicated to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and who takes pride in providing exceptional service:

- Previous experience in a housekeeping role or commercial cleaning capacity.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Flexibility to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Enthusiastic with the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
