Dinosaur Designs is seeking an experienced casual Retail Associate to join our Melbourne team for the festive season, working across both the CBD and South Yarra locations.

We’re looking for somebody with immediate availability who can work through the festive period until the end of January, with the opportunity of becoming an ongoing member of the team.

A passion for jewellery, homewares and design, along with a commitment to exceptional customer service, is essential. You’ll be assisting clients with styling and sales to create memorable in-store experiences.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in retail and availability of at least 3 days per week, including weekends. In return, we offer a supportive and creative workplace, a generous staff discount, and an exciting incentive scheme.

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

- Show strong attention to detail and enjoy maintaining beautifully presented product displays.

- Bring a positive attitude and the ability to understand and embrace our company philosophy.

- Be passionate about art and design.
