WSB Distributors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team at Loxton.

Position

The position is full-time and long term and the successful applicant will need to be keen to hit the ground running.

Requirements and Attributes

The successful applicants will be motivated, able to work autonomously, and understand the importance of providing a professional experience from start to finish. Building strong connections with customers and representing WSB with reliability and trust is essential. You will also value teamwork, working closely with our branches and the broader WSB team.

- experience in agricultural spare parts would be advantageous but not a deal breaker

Responsibilities

- Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone and email

- Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation

- Assisting other team members in daily transactions

- Ability to understand and read parts diagrams
