What you’ll be doing

- Lead and coach a team, recruit and develop team members, and drive performance to consistently raise the bar
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting with clear policies and processes
- Adapt to change, demonstrate resilience, and think on your feet
- Ensure safety and customer focus are at the forefront of daily activities

To be successful in this role you’ll have

- Experience as a manager in big box or high-volume retail
- A passion for delivering results and motivating a team
- Experience coaching and leading large, diverse teams
- A commitment to safety, customer service, and continuous improvement
- Strong relationship-building with team members, peers, customers and leaders
