The Opportunity
As a Fund Analyst on the DALT/DACT Fund, you will assist the Fund Manager and Senior Fund Analyst in implementing the Fund's Investment Strategy. You will provide analytical insights into the Fund's portfolio, focusing on characteristics, drivers, risks, and opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Industrial Funds, you will collaborate with Leasing Managers, Asset Managers, and Finance and Capital Transactions teams to achieve the Fund's objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting in implementing the Fund's Investment Strategy and supporting investment decisions and portfolio management.
2. Liaising with key investor contacts, preparing marketing materials, and providing strategic analysis for investor decisions.
3. Developing financial models, preparing quarterly and annual investor reports, and managing budgets and asset planning.
4. Conducting research on the industrial market, reviewing asset valuations, and analyzing the impact of transactions.
5. Supporting fund compliance, ESG initiatives, and portfolio projects.
About You
You should have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or Commerce; additional studies or professional courses are advantageous.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in property or finance; strong financial modeling skills; familiarity with funds, finance structures, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication skills.
- Strategic thinking, collaboration, interpersonal skills, independence, curiosity, and good time management.
- Attention to detail, initiative, positivity, teamwork, flexibility, discretion, and sensitivity handling information.
