We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Support Workers in theGraftonregion assisting with 24/7 service delivery.

Your role will include:

- In-home Care
- Personal Care
- Community Access
- Respite Care
- Domestic Assistance
- Medication Assistance
- Meal Preparation
- Transport
- Shopping Assistance
- Welfare Checks
- Documentation of client progress/reports
- Working with NDIS and Aged Care clients to fulfill their short term/long term goals
- Paid mileage
- Training provided
- Part-time hours: minimum of 10 hours
- Part-time, Permanent
- Under our new EBA level 3, the highest-paid community worker will receive $31.73/hour
