This opportunity of ASM Team Leader with BCS Chatswood has opened due to internal movement. A great example of how we grow talent from within. As our branch continues to expand, we’re strengthening how we support our Assistant Strata Managers and deliver consistent, high-quality service. The Team Leader role is ideal for someone who understands strata operations, enjoys solving problems, and wants to play a bigger part in helping the team succeed. You don’t need prior leadership experience. Just strong communication, great organisation, and a genuine interest in helping others develop.
What you’ll do:
- Support a small team of around 6 Assistant Strata Managers to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant client support.
- Coordinate daily workloads, prioritise effectively, and help maintain service quality.
- Coach and mentor team members, especially those newer to strata.
- Be the first point of contact or team questions and escalations.
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the Branch Manager.
- Collaborate with other Team Leaders and Strata Managers to share ideas and streamline processes.
- Contribute to branch improvement and consistent services across the portfolios.

- Experience as an ASM or in a similar administrative or client service role.
- Strong time management and organisation skills in high-volume environments.
