Overview

Join Our Holiday Casual Team at Kmart We’re looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join us during our busy peak season. These casual positions start in late September 2025 and run through mid February 2026. As a key member of our dynamic team, you/'ll help create a positive shopping experience for our customers and support the overall team in achieving our store goals. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring an organised and inviting customer experience. Be part of a vibrant team and make a difference this holiday season

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Ensure the customer experience is organised and inviting
- Support the store team in achieving goals during the holiday period

Qualifications

- Team players who work well with others
- Positive attitudes and a passion to represent the Kmart brand
- Proactive and take initiative
- Willingness to keep the store tidy and organised
- Understanding of work safety principles
